The high-output magnet in the Black Jack Pro Ignition Coil creates 50,000 volts, or about 70% more spark energy over most stock-style applications, giving you a significantly hotter and larger spark for more complete combustion. This helps create more horsepower and torque, providing smooth acceleration throughout the entire RPM band.
How do I set up and program my system?
Interface Options
Our EFI systems are self-learning for most stock-to-mild engine builds. You’ll use one of the included interface modules (depending on the option selected at purchase) to complete the initial setup and make adjustments on the fly. The startup wizard will prompt you with 6–12 setup questions, after which the self-learn feature takes over.
Additional fine-tuning may be required later, depending on your specific build.

The Killshot Fusion is designed to work with any classic 4, 6, or 8 cylinder engine that is under 650 hp, uses a 4150 style flange, and has a fuel system rated for EFI (43 PSI).
The self learn will work for most stock-mild builds, while some mild and more advanced builds may require manual tuning.
The Killshot Fusion is designed to work with most stock or aftermarket ignition components. It will work with most tachometers and is compatible with Dakota Digital dashes using their Aces BIM Module (BIM-EFI-1).
Self-tuning is a common term used among aftermarket EFI companies, but we prefer the term "self-learning" as that is more accurate, even for our competitors who advertise "self-tuning."
Our systems are designed to self-learn the fuel MAPs and work best for stock-mild builds. Some mild builds and anything beyond that would require manual tuning, of which the system is fully capable. Additional features like nitrous and boost are also considered beyond stock and require manual adjustments to enable and configure these kinds of features.
Yes! You can make many changes using the Bluetooth or handheld interface, and we also offer a free PC app for more advanced tuning.
The Killshot Fusion can work with standard stock or aftermarket ignition components, but if you want to run timing control, it will need either a magnetic pickup distributor that has been locked out or a Hall Effect distributor. You will also need to make sure that your fuel delivery system can support 43-58 PSI. Whether or not you need a return line will depend on your fuel delivery system and if the regulator is inside or outside the tank. Whether or not you need to replace your tank will depend on which fuel delivery system you choose. Yes to both! The Killshot Fusion is compatible with both blow-through, draw-through, and nitrous applications and is also compatible with E85 Fuels. The Killshot Fusion's MAP sensor can be scaled for up to 26 lbs of boost and can be set to retard timing.
Note that for boost, the system is compatible, but cannot control the boost. You will need to use a separate controller for things such as wastegate control or solenoid activation. Use of these features will require manual tuning.
Installed the fusion master kit and it started right up. Now I just have to tune for the boost. It's a easy setup and looks nice on there.
My Aces Story: BUYER BE WARE
I purchased an Aces killshot fusion and tight tank pump module one month ago. $840. Installed per the instructions. Turned key on and it blew the fuel pump fuse. After testing with voltage meter, it turns out the fuel tank module was grounded on the positive post. Using rubber washers, I isolated the post and fixed the short to ground. Reinstalled the pump module. I noticed that even with key off, the fuel pump light was lit on the side of the throttle body. The fuel pump wire read 12.7v with key off and with key on it dropped to 2.5v on prime cycle then back to 12.7v. Talked to tech support and determined that grounded pump module shorted the fuel pump circuit on the ECM.
Sent it back for a warranty claim but change to a refund. Was refunded $566 out of my $840. So a $274 dollar lesson learned from me.
I DO NOT recommend these systems. Maybe I had bad luck but either way, I felt like people needed to hear this before they buy.

The Killshot Fusion was very easy to install. The slimmer throttle body design allows for a wide range of air cleaner configurations, making it versatile for different setups.
Once installed and the wiring was tucked away, it blended seamlessly into the engine bay—maintaining a classic look while delivering the reliability and tunability Aces EFI is known for.
On a stock engine, I had to make little to no adjustments. I simply bolted it on, ran the Start Wizard, and was on the road the next day.
Super easy installation, everything just bolted on and plugged in with the exception of the battery + and -. With my setup, I was able to set the timing and it fired up with very little adjustments. My setup is pretty mild but I had more time messing with the Killshot 1 settings than I spent doing the entire Fusion install beginning to end. The integrated ecu is a nice touch and makes the under hood appearance much cleaner. Time will tell how it holds up, but so far so good! I will be removing this from my 1984 Cutlass and transferring it over to my wife's 1985 F150 for more testing from a non-car person's standpoint here later this year.
Hit the switch the first time and it fires right up. The old carb was junk and had to pump and prime about ten times to start but not anymore, it's a really great product. I've probably put 100 miles or so on it and it does really good!
This is the shittest product i have ever tried. There customer service is **** and will not help me with there product. They sent me a junk unit then Warranty it and talking to the guy on customer service said that they probably sent me another junk unit. If you wanna have tons of headaches, tons of problems, tons of waste of money make sure you buy this product cause it is ****. Customer service will not be there to help you with if I could leave zero stars I would.
I think the carburetor will be fine. Customer service is not. I have called 3 to 4 times. And been on the phone on hold for over a hour and no answer. I think Customer services needs to be on point! Im a business owner my self and if i didnt answer the phone or put them on hold for over a hour i would be out of business! All im
saying is do better. I have have had questions and cant anyone to answer them.

The aces efi killshot is built amazing but trying to trouble shoot or get any customer service is joke this company is ridiculous for having an AI agent that can’t help you with anything and you can’t get a hold of a real person.

All is good with the items so far im following the instructions as there easy to read. Only thing i wish was at checkout if the website had asked me if needed spakplugs and it didnt. I had to order some and this delayed my installation.

looks really nice, but customer service is lacking... cannot rate it until i get it running, cant do that until i get answers. Messaged over 2 weeks ago, but still have not received an answer from them.
Haven’t installed the system yet .But very much looking forward to when I can install it .

I had been Reviewing Aces for a project and had determined that I liked what I was seeing. The Black Friday deals tipped me over the edge. I work in the driveway with no building so I have an installed it yet. However, I can say the packaging is substantial and the products in each box is very high quality. The 8-in screen is a spectacular although it may be a little too tall to fit my application. I wish the dimensions ran wider and narrower.
Love the packaging, Installing it and doing some wiring probably won't be running for another month due to wiring!
EVERYTHING LOOKS GREAT BUT I WONT BE INSTALLING IT UNTIL SPRING
I bought one system worked great till the fuel pump stayed on all the time. Lack of tech support is why I gave 2 star. I had to order a second kill shot to get the customer out the door. System works great I just have an extra non working unit now and they haven’t responded to an emails or calls since nov 19th. Tech support takes an hour or more to even talk with someone. Then they ask is the 12v keyed.
Good on my 1952 Chevy.
