The Killshot Fusion is the next evolution in throttle body EFI systems. Building upon the success of the original Killshot, the Fusion takes everything users loved, robust hardware, accurate fuel delivery, and ease of tuning, and reimagines it with a fully integrated design that eliminates clutter, simplifies installation, and dramatically boosts reliability.

In a world where many EFI manufacturers rushed to integrate ECUs onto the throttle body and paid the price in failures, Aces EFI took a different path: more time, more engineering, and more testing. The result is Killshot Fusion, a true all-in-one TBI system that thrives where others fail.

Built from the Core Up – Smart, Strong, Stable

At the heart of the Killshot Fusion is a high-performance 32-bit automotive-grade microcontroller based on the PowerPC e200z0h core. This platform enables lightning-fast input/output processing, superior sensor management, and high-resolution fuel and spark control. Combined with Aces’ proprietary software and a proven B50 control chip, it delivers performance you can trust in any application, from street cruising to competitive racing.

Fusion also includes advanced ECC memory protection, a Memory Protection Unit (MPU), and a 4-layer PCB with a dedicated power plane. This design significantly reduces voltage fluctuations and impedance, ensuring system stability and durability, even in extreme environments.

Re-Engineered for the Harshest Realities

Many EFI systems fail because they ignore the reality of engine bay conditions, heat, vibration, electromagnetic interference (EMI), and moisture. The Killshot Fusion addresses each of these with purpose-built solutions:

  • Potting-Protected ECU: The Fusion’s internal PCB is encapsulated in specialized potting material that insulates electronics from heat and shields against vibration, impact, and contamination.
  • Dual Ignition MOSFET Drivers: Enhance ignition reliability by providing strong and stable spark energy under all conditions.
  • Multi-Stage Filtering & Active Digital Shielding: Prevents noise interference from ignition systems and surrounding electronics, preserving signal clarity.
  • EMI & Environmental Testing: The Fusion has passed extensive vibration, salt spray, and EMI validations, tests where competitor systems often fail. This isn’t just rugged, it’s refined, lab-proven durability.

Integrated Design, Maximum Simplicity

With the ECU and harness connectors integrated directly onto the throttle body, installation is faster, cleaner, and more reliable. There’s no need to mount an external ECU, route long harnesses, or deal with complex wiring. Just bolt it on, plug it in, and fire it up.

  • Symmetrical Harness Layout: Connectors on both sides of the unit allow for clean cable routing no matter your engine bay configuration.

The Killshot Fusion uses the common 4150 style flange found on many classic engine manifolds, making it very versatile when it comes to compatibility. As long as the TBI unit fits, is within the appropriate HP range, and your engine uses a classic distributor, it's a match made in heaven...or the garage.

How do I set up and program my system?

Interface Options

Our EFI systems are self-learning for most stock-to-mild engine builds. You’ll use one of the included interface modules (depending on the option selected at purchase) to complete the initial setup and make adjustments on the fly. The startup wizard will prompt you with 6–12 setup questions, after which the self-learn feature takes over.

Additional fine-tuning may be required later, depending on your specific build.

Bluetooth Module

Compatible with Android and iOS* devices and plugs into the CAN connection on the main harness.

Android is available via download here, or in the Google Play Store Fall of 2025.
