Limited One-Year Warranty

All products are covered by a limited one-year warranty against defects in materials and quality of workmanship from the date of purchase. This warranty is extended solely to the original consumer and is non-transferable. Customers must provide proof of purchase to initiate any warranty claims.

Aces Fuel Injection reserves the right to deny warranty claims for any reason. Customers are responsible for inspecting products upon arrival and prior to installation. To qualify for a warranty replacement, any damage must be reported to Aces Fuel Injection within 14 days and must include photographic documentation of the damage.

Warranty Exclusions

The warranty does not apply to products that have been:

1. Modified or altered from factory condition.
2. Subjected to adverse conditions such as misuse, neglect, accidents, improper installation or adjustments, dirt or contaminants, water, or corrosion.
3. Installed in applications not recommended by Aces Fuel Injection.

Limitations of Liability

In the event of any alleged material or workmanship defects, Aces EFI’s sole responsibility is to repair or replace the affected product. Aces assumes no other expressed or implied obligations. The decision regarding warranty claims rests solely with Aces. Aces will not be held accountable for:

(a) actual or alleged labor, transportation, or related charges; or

(b) actual or alleged consequential damages arising from the use of any Aces EFI product.

Technical Support

Our Tech Department strives to provide the best support for our products. While we can assist with the installation of Aces products, our expertise does not extend to third-party products that we have not engineered to work with directly. Our Tech Department can offer guidance on fuel systems, wiring installations, and practices to avoid voltage issues or restrictions in plumbing for fuel systems. Support is available for basic adjustments using the Hand Held unit or for basic advanced tuning software advice.

The Aces Fuel Injection system features an advanced self-learning fuel correction strategy. When installed following best practices, this system is configured for specific engine combinations. The O2 sensor will be utilized to optimize the air-fuel ratio based on the parameters established in our system. Should basic adjustments prove insufficient for the engine’s tuning needs, we can recommend an authorized tuner approved by management who is familiar with Aces EFI systems. Please note that our authorized tuners operate independently and set their own fees for services rendered.

Three-Year Limited Warranty Policy

Coverage:

This warranty applies to the following components:

• Engine Control Unit (ECU)

• Throttle Body Injection (TBI) Throttle Body

• Transmission Control Unit (TCU)

• Capacitor Discharge Ignition (CDI) Box

• Future electronic expansion modules

Registration Requirement

To activate the Three-Year Limited Warranty, customers must register their product within 90 days of the purchase date.

Registration Process:

1. Visit www.acesefi.com to access the registration form.

2. Provide the following information:

• Proof of purchase (receipt or invoice).

• Serial number of the product.

• Customer contact information (name, address, email, phone number).

Failure to register the product within the specified timeframe will result in default coverage under the manufacturer’s standard warranty (if applicable), which may be of shorter duration. The Three-Year Limited Warranty adheres to the standard warranty and refund terms.
