Master Kits:
Royal Flush EFI Master Kits are designed for those upgrading from a carburetor or stock fuel injection and want a complete conversion kit that includes everything needed to make the switch. Each EFI Master Kit comes with a standalone EFI system, a complete fuel delivery system, a Black Jack Pro Magnetic Pickup Distributor, and a Black Jack Pro Series Ignition Coil.
Standalone Overview:
Aces EFI’s Royal Flush EFI/CDI is the most powerful TBI system on the market! Integrating our EFI control module and CDI ignition system inside one ECU, this is a revolutionary upgrade and huge leap forward in the world of aftermarket EFI products. By using CDI, you are able to create a much hotter spark in order to burn fuel more efficiently and ensure maximum power, especially in boosted and performance applications.
The Royal Flush EFI/CDI system utilizes four 100 lb./hr. fuel injectors, giving the system the capability of supporting up to 650 horsepower. The system includes the throttle body (with integrated fuel injectors, TPS sensor, MAP sensor, IAT sensor, and stepper motors), wiring harness, wideband O2 sensor, ECU, and a 5” touchscreen handheld programmer for easy tuning and monitoring of engine data.
The system fits any 4150-flange 4-barrel intake manifold and is designed for easy installation and tuning. Installation is straightforward and easy, and the system includes everything you need to get on the road or track quickly. For stock to mild applications, the calibration wizard and self-learning features mean advanced tuning knowledge or experience is not required. But for more aggressive or performance oriented applications, Aces offers a full tuning software suite and USB data cable for advanced manual tuning.
Aces designed its throttle body systems with the ECU separate from the throttle body. This alleviates any issues with possible damage to the ECU from unwanted engine heat or vibration. This is a common problem with other “all-in-one” style systems on the market.

Command Center 2
A surge tank system that allows you to keep your mechanical pump in place. A better option for classic trucks or other vehicles where the tank is hard to access.

Tight-fit In Tank Pump Module
An in-tank fuel pump module available with or without PTFE hose.
Requires a return line to the tank.

Tank Conversion Fuel Pump Module
An in-tank fuel pump module with an internal regulator. Ideal for fuel cells.
Does not require a return line to the tank.

Each Master Kit will also come with a Distributor of your choosing and an ignition coil to allow you to run timing control.

Magnetic Pickup Distributor
With over 15 options to choose from, our line of Black Jack Pro Magnetic Pickup Distributors lets you run your EFI with mechanical advance or lock it out to allow the ECU to control timing.

Ignition Coil
The high-output magnet in the Black Jack Pro Ignition Coil creates 50,000 volts, or about 70% more spark energy over most stock-style applications, giving you a significantly hotter and larger spark for more complete combustion. This helps create more horsepower and torque, providing smooth acceleration throughout the entire RPM band.
How do I set up and program my system?
Interface Options
Our EFI systems are self-learning for most stock-to-mild engine builds. You’ll use one of the included interface modules (depending on the option selected at purchase) to complete the initial setup and make adjustments on the fly. The startup wizard will prompt you with 6–12 setup questions, after which the self-learn feature takes over.
Additional fine-tuning may be required later, depending on your specific build.

The Royal Flush Master Kits (Black) are designed to work with any classic 4, 6, or 8 cylinder engine that is under 650 hp, uses a 4150 style flange, and has a fuel system rated for EFI (43 PSI).
The self learn will work for most stock-mild builds, while some mild and more advanced builds may require manual tuning.
The Royal Flush Master Kits (Black) are designed to work with most stock or aftermarket ignition components. They will work with most tachometers and are compatible with Dakota Digital dashes using their Aces BIM Module (BIM-EFI-1).
Self-tuning is a common term used among aftermarket EFI companies, but we prefer the term "self-learning" as that is more accurate, even for our competitors who advertise "self-tuning."
Our systems are designed to self-learn the fuel MAPs and work best for stock-mild builds. Some mild builds and anything beyond that would require manual tuning, of which the system is fully capable. Additional features like nitrous and boost are also considered beyond stock and require manual adjustments to enable and configure these kinds of features.
Yes! You can make many changes using the Bluetooth or handheld interface, and we also offer a free PC app for more advanced tuning.
The Royal Flush Master Kits (Black) can work with standard stock or aftermarket ignition components, but if you want to run timing control, it will need either a magnetic pickup distributor that has been locked out or a Hall Effect distributor. You will also need to make sure that your fuel delivery system can support 43-58 PSI. Whether or not you need a return line will depend on your fuel delivery system and if the regulator is inside or outside the tank. Whether or not you need to replace your tank will depend on which fuel delivery system you choose. Yes to both! The Royal Flush Master Kits (Black) are compatible with both blow-through, draw-through, and nitrous applications and are also compatible with E85 Fuels. The Royal Flush Master Kits (Black)' MAP sensor can be scaled for up to 26 lbs of boost and can be set to retard timing.
Note that for boost, the system is compatible, but cannot control the boost. You will need to use a separate controller for things such as wastegate control or solenoid activation. Use of these features will require manual tuning.
