Thank you for shopping with Aces Fuel Injection, Inc. We are committed to providing you with clear and transparent information about our shipping policies to ensure a seamless shopping experience.

Shipping Methods

Shipping options are subject to change depending on the season and shipping rates.

  • UPS: Ground, Express, Worldwide
  • FedEx: Ground, Express, Worldwide
  • DHL Worldwide
  • Freight via SAIA

All orders except freight will ship via UPS Ground unless otherwise indicated or selected. Domestic orders qualifying for PPF will ship via UPS Ground or freight. For international orders, please contact us for details.

Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1 business week after payment confirmation. During holiday seasons or promotional periods, there may be delays.

Free Shipping

Free shipping is available only during eligible promotional periods and only applies to orders over $200 which are being shipped to the 48 contiguous states. Orders which qualify for free shipping will be sent via UPS Ground.

Express Shipping

Express shipping refers to transit time and does not refer to fulfillment time. Even though this is true, we try our best to fulfill express orders the same day that they come in. However, during busy seasons there may be delays. Please contact customer service for any questions regarding any shipping delays.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location, shipping method, and order weight.

International Shipping

International shipping times and rates vary by destination. International orders may be subject to taxes and import duties and/or fees. These must be paid by the purchaser and must be paid before the order is delivered. Our shipping partners will reach out to you for payment on taxes and duties. Taxes and duties are determined by customs based on the value of the products and are not determined by Aces.

Multiple Boxes and Delivery Guarantee

Due to the size or nature of some products, they may be shipped in multiple boxes. Aces guarantees delivery of items from our warehouse to your shipping destination and will work with our shipping partners to ensure it is delivered safely. Aces is not liable or responsible for replacing products which are stolen due to porch pirates or other theft. Signature on delivery may be purchased at the checkout for a fee and requires an adult to sign for the product. Due to an increase in porch piracy and other damage and the high value of items being shipped, Aces recommends purchasing signature on delivery. Signature on delivery fees are determined by our shipping partners. In the event an item is damaged or lost during transit, Aces will work to replace the damaged or missing item as quickly as possible.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your package on the carrier’s website. If you do not receive a tracking number within 3 business days, please contact us by sending us a message on our website using the chat feature on the bottom right corner of any page.

Address Changes

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at checkout. If you need to change your address after placing an order, contact us immediately. Address changes may not be possible once an order has shipped.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us within 7 days of delivery or as soon as you believe an item to be lost in transit. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
