Aces' 255 In-line Fuel System is a complete gravity-fed fuel delivery kit to provide the proper fuel supply for most aftermarket EFI systems. The system includes the fuel pump, fuel pressure regulator, liquid-filled fuel pressure gauge, 100-micron pre-filter, 10-micron fuel filter, 40’ of –6 Teflon™ (PTFE)lined fuel line for the highest strength and resistance to gasoline and alcohol-based fuels, 6AN-8AN-HOSE Assmbly Tool, and all necessary fittings for a complete installation! This system is designed to match the power potential of EFI systems up to 650 HP. Our durable anodized billet aluminum fuel pressure regulator features -6 AN ORB fuel fittings, and an adjustment range of 40-75 PSI making it suitable for all of the ACES EFI systems and most competing systems. The regulator features a 1/8" NPT port for vacuum or boost referencing (fuel pressure rises at a 1: 1 ratio with boost), and a gauge mounted directly to the unit to assist with quick adjustments. The unit is compatible with all gasoline and ethanol-based fuels.

Aces EFI pressure sensor kits utilize top-quality parts for use with EFI systems. Kits include plastic/steel sensors with 1/8" -27 NPT threads and include a -6 AN fuel pressure take-off adapter fitting and 2 sets of 45 push lock hose ends.

Pressure sensors are great for logging oil pressure, fuel pressure, or boost pressure. Display the pressure reading on any Aces Handheld or Dash screen and on your data log files!

The Aces EFI PTFE hose is adept at handling various automotive fluids, including diverse fuels like gasoline, eth anol, or flex fuels (E85), as well as oil and coolant, Equipped with an anti static liner within the PTFE tube, it mit igates the risk of electrostatic accumulation and subsequent discharge, which might lead to leakage.

Aces EFI’s single bore throttle bodies are designed to fit most GM LS intake manifolds, including ACES’ Low-Ram LS Intake Manifold and fabricated aluminum manifolds. These throttle bodies are fully CNC-machined, and come complete with a high-quality  Throttle Position Sensor (TPS) and Idle Air Control (IAC) for the DBC versions. We also have a DBW versions that is compatible with most popular factory GM pedals.  Aces’ Single-Bore Throttle Bodies are available in 92mm and 102mm versions, giving you the maximum amount of air flow regardless of the application.
