The tank conversion was very easy to install. Instructions were just a little bit confusing, but I was able to figure it out. Fit and finish is amazing. Shipping was great. Price was excellent.
Live chat on line s a joke. Been on hold for 35 mins when their automated answering machine said I was 12 in line. 20 mins. Tried contacting live chat , email,and phone. The info I seek could be on the web site. (Next size up Pump diameter). But spec sheet says no available information……….Still nothing and waiting. I’m sure I’ll be on hold for an hr till they close at 5 then get disconnected. I will encourage my customer to return this just based on the support. And if they have 15 people in line for support tells me everything….
Great product! I just wish this would have been available years ago. Seems they thought of everything. Only issue I had was with the instructions. There are a couple places that aren’t very clear.
This product looks amazing and can't wait to get it installed.
