Product Info

The Aces CAN Hub is designed to expand and simplify CAN connectivity within the Aces EFI ecosystem. It connects to the standard 4-pin CAN port found on Aces ECUs and provides multiple CAN tap points for supported accessories and tuning interfaces.

The CAN Hub allows multiple devices to be wired into the system at the same time, such as a handheld, Bluetooth module, laptop connection, QuickDraw module, or other supported Aces CAN devices.

Based on current ECU communication capabilities, only one tuning or control interface can connect to the ECU at a time. A future firmware update is planned to allow multiple devices to read ECU data at the same time.

Function
Expands one Aces CAN port into multiple CAN connection points.

Input/Output
1x Male CAN input, 2–4x Female CAN outputs depending on revision.

Supported Protocol
CAN 2.0B, standard Aces communication.

Voltage Range
12V, powered through the CAN bus.

Termination
Internally terminated CAN bus.

Physical Dimensions
Approx. 1200mm x 400mm panel layout footprint.

Enclosure
Sealed ABS.

Use Case Examples:

  1. Clean Multi-Device Wiring
Keep multiple CAN devices wired into the system without constantly unplugging and swapping cables.
  2. Tuning and Diagnostics
Connect a handheld, Bluetooth module, or laptop interface to the system while maintaining a cleaner, more organized CAN layout. Based on current ECU communication capabilities, only one tuning or control interface can connect to the ECU at a time.
  3. Race Car and Shop Setups
Useful for vehicles or test setups where CAN accessories and diagnostic tools need dedicated connection points.

Future CAN Expansion
Provides additional CAN tap points for supported Aces devices, display systems, data tools, or future CAN-based accessories. A future firmware update is planned to allow multiple handhelds to read ECU data at the same time.

Great products very happy with it

Bought it to hook up my Bluetooth Adapter, 8" HD Display and USB/Can cable simultaneously. Didn't like switching cables to hook up my laptop constantly. Unfortunately, all the patch cables are the wrong gender to hook anything else to the hub. Can't plug female to female connectors. Great idea, poor execution. How about swapping out a couple of the patch cables for ones with male connectors?

Apparently there is no R&D on this product because why would they send only Female end connectors when advertising says the ability to connect multiple sources which requires male end connectors. This kind of b.s. makes me weary of my overall purchase of the efi kit.

It only comes with female patch cables. which is ridiculous because its advertised as a way to connect both a laptop and the handheld which is impossible with the cables provided. Also, it exposed another issue which I havent been able to figure out an answer for because I cannot get a response from tech support. so in conclusion, its useless for what I bought it for.

Does not allow you to hool up a handheld device and a laptop at the same time. The description implies this would be so.
