The Aces CAN Hub is designed to expand and simplify CAN connectivity within the Aces EFI ecosystem. It connects to the standard 4-pin CAN port found on Aces ECUs and provides multiple CAN tap points for supported accessories and tuning interfaces.
The CAN Hub allows multiple devices to be wired into the system at the same time, such as a handheld, Bluetooth module, laptop connection, QuickDraw module, or other supported Aces CAN devices.
Based on current ECU communication capabilities, only one tuning or control interface can connect to the ECU at a time. A future firmware update is planned to allow multiple devices to read ECU data at the same time.
Function
Expands one Aces CAN port into multiple CAN connection points.
Input/Output
1x Male CAN input, 2–4x Female CAN outputs depending on revision.
Supported Protocol
CAN 2.0B, standard Aces communication.
Voltage Range
12V, powered through the CAN bus.
Termination
Internally terminated CAN bus.
Physical Dimensions
Approx. 1200mm x 400mm panel layout footprint.
Enclosure
Sealed ABS.
Use Case Examples:
- Clean Multi-Device Wiring
Keep multiple CAN devices wired into the system without constantly unplugging and swapping cables. - Tuning and Diagnostics
Connect a handheld, Bluetooth module, or laptop interface to the system while maintaining a cleaner, more organized CAN layout. Based on current ECU communication capabilities, only one tuning or control interface can connect to the ECU at a time. - Race Car and Shop Setups
Useful for vehicles or test setups where CAN accessories and diagnostic tools need dedicated connection points.
Future CAN Expansion
Provides additional CAN tap points for supported Aces devices, display systems, data tools, or future CAN-based accessories. A future firmware update is planned to allow multiple handhelds to read ECU data at the same time.
