High-Performance Tuning with the Aces EGT Module
When it comes to high-performance tuning, accurate Exhaust Gas Temperature (EGT) monitoring is crucial. Whether you're running a naturally aspirated, turbocharged, or nitrous-fed setup, precise temperature data helps you optimize fuel tuning, prevent engine damage, and maximize efficiency. The Aces EGT Module is built for precision, durability, and seamless integration, ensuring you get real-time data to fine-tune your engine like never before.
Why You Need the Aces EGT Module
- Prevent Engine Damage – High exhaust temperatures can lead to pre-detonation, melted pistons, and turbo failures. Monitoring EGTs allows you to adjust fueling and timing before damage occurs.
- Optimize Air/Fuel Ratios – Fine-tune your AFRs based on real-time EGT data for better power, efficiency, and reliability.
- Monitor Cylinder Balancing – Detect uneven fuel distribution or ignition issues to avoid power loss and potential engine stress.
- Essential for Forced Induction & Nitrous Builds – Turbocharged, supercharged, and nitrous-fed engines run hotter. Accurate EGT readings ensure you're not pushing past safe limits.
- Seamless Integration with Aces EFI Systems – Easily expands via CAN connectivity to work with all Aces controllers and displays.
Aces EGT Module Features
- 32-bit RISC-V Core Processor – Ultra-fast processing for real-time data accuracy.
- 480MHz Multi-Stage Pipeline Processor – Handles high-speed temperature changes with precision.
- Hardware Floating-Point Unit (FPU) – Ensures stable, high-speed calculations for consistent performance.
- 16-bit ADC for High-Precision Signal Acquisition – Delivers accurate, reliable temperature readings.
- Supports 2 or 4 EGT Channels – Ideal for both single-bank and dual-bank monitoring setups. (2 channels for two banks, 4 channels for one bank but 4 per exhaust runner)
- Automotive-Grade Type N Thermocouple Sensor – High-durability sensor for extreme conditions.
- Wide Temperature Measurement Range – Capable of reading from -150°C to 1024°C with a rapid 150ms response per channel.
- High-Quality Construction – Silicone fiberglass sleeve, PTFE insulation, and Type N thermocouple conductor ensure long-term durability.
- CAN Expansion Accessory – Easily integrates with all Aces EFI units and display modules.
The Aces EGT Module is an essential tool for serious tuners and racers looking for accurate exhaust temperature data, better tuning capabilities, and enhanced engine protection. Take control of your performance with real-time monitoring and seamless EFI integration.

Marine Applications?
Is it marine or coast guard approved/certified? No. None of our products are.
Do we recommend it? No, since water and engines don't generally mix and warrantying items in these conditions becomes tricky. These are also modified applications that are not 100% what the systems were designed for.
Will it work? Yes, with some modifications for the WBO2 sensor.
Is it E85 compatible?
Yes, you just would need to change some settings first in order for it to work.
Please note that damages to the system caused by the use of E85 or other racing fuels are not covered by our warranty policy. This is because E85 is known to corrode certain types of material over time and our systems were not designed for long-term E85 use.
Will it work with aftermarket or stock gauges?
The system is not generally setup to work with stock gauges which is why we provide the handheld to display all the readings. Aftermarket tachometers will work with the system, and we are working to provide support for other popular aftermarket gauges soon!
What is your warranty policy?
All products have a limited one year warranty against any defects or quality of workmanship from date of purchase.
Our warranty is extended to the original consumer only. This limited warranty is not assignable or otherwise transferable. Customers must provide proof of purchase for warranty claims.
Aces' warranty does not apply to products, which have been:
- Modified or altered from factory condition.
- Subjected to adverse conditions, such as misuse, neglect, accident, improper installation or adjustment, dirt or other contaminants, water, or corrosion.
- Installed in other applications not recommended by Aces Fuel Injection.
What is your refund and return policy?
Aces Fuel Injection is happy to accept returns on orders returned to us inside our policy as long as they are new and unused. In general, items must be returned within 30 days for a full refund or within 60 days for a 10% restocking fee.
For our full Refund & Return Policy, that has all of the fine print, you can access it here.
What kind of tech support do you offer?
Aces offers general support on product setup, installation, troubleshooting, and basic diagnostic help.
While most stock-mild applications do not require tuning, some applications (usually more aggressive cams or boosted applications) may require additonal tuning beyond what the self-learn is capable of. Aces does not offer custom tuning though we can recommend Authorized Aces Tuners who typically charge a fee for their services. Read more about our support services and what to expect here.
