Job Summary:

Duties/Responsibilities:
- Promoting the company and products
- Achieve growth and hit sales targets
- Manage and maintain good relations with dealers
- Develop dealer network
- Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and increases sales revenue
- Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
- Tracking sales goals and reporting results as necessary
- Present sales reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
- Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status
- Educate customers on new productsto drive additional sales growth
- Report and resolve customers service-related issues pertaining to sales, service, and product
Required Skills/Abilities:
- High school/College diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 7 years of working experience; 3years of working experience as sales representative is required; sales working experience in automotive performance industry is plus;
- Required to be a car guy and knows about hot rods/muscle cars/classic cars well, strong understanding of automotive performance aftermarket products.
- Successful previous experience as a sales representative, consistently meeting or exceeding targets;
- Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong interpersonal skills and dedication to customer satisfaction
- Excellent sales, customer service, multi-tasking and problem-solving skills.
