Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and creative Marketing/E-Commerce Assistant to join our team. 

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Managing and optimizing our Shopify-based online store; Manage and maintain company websites, ensuring they are up-to-date and user-friendly
  • Assist in overseeing e-commerce activities, including product listings, inventory management, order fulfillment, etc.
  • Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to drive traffic and increase conversions
  • Conduct keyword research and optimize website content for search engine visibility (SEO)
  • Monitor website performance using analytics tools such as Google Analytics
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create engaging and effective online campaigns
  • Shoot/design and edit products’/branding photos/videos  
  • Create and manage content for social media platforms to enhance brand presence and engagement
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in web management and digital marketing
  • Other responsibilities/tasks assigned by management

Required Skills/Abilities:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • Familiarity with Shopify, proven experience in shopify and web management, preferably in an e-commerce environment
  • Knowledge of languages such as HTML or CSS is a plus
  • Very familiar with Google Suite and spreadsheets
  • Knowledge of SEM (Search Engine Marketing) and SEO best practices
  • Proficient in copywriting for web content, including product descriptions and promotional materials
  • Familiarity with graphic designing and video editing software and demonstrable graphic designing and video editing ability
  • Familiarity with social media management platforms and strategies
  • Experience with Google Analytics or similar web analytics tools
  • Understanding of marketing automation tools and their application in driving customer engagement
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
