Duties/Responsibilities:
- Directing the organization in line with the goals and visions set by the shareholders.
- Plan, develop, implement and direct the organization’s product marketing and sales plans and management.
- Tracked sales performance to ensure company's monthly/quarterly/annual sales goals can be met or exceeded.
- Perform monthly, quarterly and annual sales/business performance reviews and submit performance review reports to shareholders.
- Manage daily operations of the organization.
- Create, improve, implement and enforce policies and procedures of the organization that will improve operational effectiveness of the company.
- Responsible for hiring, training and firing of non-management employees and all personnel related paperwork.
- Mentor and interact with members of staff at all levels to foster growth and encourage development among all members.
- Identifying risk areas and implement effective solutions to meet goals.
- Communicate effectively and establish credibility throughout the organization and with the shareholders as an effective developer of solutions to business challenges.
- Provide direction to Marketing Agency to support new product launches and promotions, technical content for ads and social media posting, competitive activities, and any other support.
- Negotiate and coordinate with industry influencers to utilize product in exchange for sales or advertising promotional opportunities.
- Attend shows, conferences or events related to the company’s business.
- Develop strong relations with customers and vendors on behalf of the organization.
- Serving as the company’s spokesperson and building good PR relationship with government, media, communities, industry contacts and other public agencies.
- Participate in product design meetings and advice on product design and implementation strategies and be responsible for business project’s marketing implementation and payment collection.
- Work with finance team to develop monthly/quarterly/annual budgets, cash flow projection and need to strictly follow up financial regulations of the organization.
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Bachelor’s degree in business or related, MBA preferred
- 5-10 years of industry experience.
- Working experience in the automotive industry is required, knows about hot rods/muscle cars/classic cars well, strong understanding of automotive performance aftermarket products, especially electronic fuel injection systems, ignition products and etc.
