Duties/Responsibilities:
- Serve as a trusted advisor providing high-level strategic and operational advice to top management
- Offering strategic advice to top management regarding long-term goals and objectives
- Helping to formulate the organization’s strategy by identifying its strengths and weaknesses relative to competitors and Identifying risk areas and implement effective solutions to meet goals
- Perform monthly, quarterly and annual sales/business performance reviews and submit performance review reports to top management
- Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities and supporting top management to develop strong relations with WDs & dealers
- Recommending changes in organizational structure or management practices that could improve performance
- Prepare and deliver executive-level presentations to key clients
- Conduct research on market demands and industry trends
- Providing training in management techniques, organizational development, and other subjects that will help employees advance in their careers
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Minimum of 10years in a leadership role
- Automotive enthusiast, working experience in the automotive performance industry is required, knows about hot rods/muscle cars/classic cars well, strong understanding of automotive performance aftermarket products, especially electronic fuel injection systems, ignition products and etc.
- Proven ability to develop and execute business strategy
- Demonstrated experience leading and motivating teams
