Job Summary:
We are looking for customer-oriented service representatives.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- managing and responding to all incoming calls and emails;
- generate sales leads;
- manual entry and maintenance of orders and return authorizations;
- researching requests/inquiries concerning availability of parts, order status and return status;
- directing questions to the proper person/department;
- keeping records of customer interactions, processing customer accounts and filing documents
- providing support to all dealer/WD Accounts, Consumers, Tech and Field Sales as required.
- building sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
Required Skills/Abilities:
- High school diploma or above
- 1 to 3 years customer service or related experience with direct customer contact via telephone, Call Center experience preferred
- Data entry skills with a high degree of accuracy
- Must be proficient in the use of Microsoft Excel and Outlook
- Proven ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively and work well under pressure
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Demonstrate the ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Strong work ethic with a willingness to do what it takes to get the job done
