Job Summary:

We are looking for customer-oriented service representatives.

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • managing and responding to all incoming calls and emails;
  • generate sales leads;
  • manual entry and maintenance of orders and return authorizations;
  • researching requests/inquiries concerning availability of parts, order status and return status;
  • directing questions to the proper person/department;
  • keeping records of customer interactions, processing customer accounts and filing documents
  • providing support to all dealer/WD Accounts, Consumers, Tech and Field Sales as required.
  • building sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication

Required Skills/Abilities:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1 to 3 years customer service or related experience with direct customer contact via telephone, Call Center experience preferred
  • Working knowledge of gas engines and automotive technology and Hands-on experience with supported vehicles and/or performance products
  • Automotive enthusiast a plus
  • Data entry skills with a high degree of accuracy
  • Must be proficient in the use of Microsoft Excel and Outlook
  • Proven ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively and work well under pressure
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
  • Demonstrate the ability to work effectively as part of a team
  • Strong work ethic with a willingness to do what it takes to get the job done
