Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced, highly motivated, results-driven, high-performing Sales Representative to help us meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives.


  • Establishes sales objectives by forecasting and developing monthly sales quotas and projecting expected sales volumes for existing and new products.
  • Develop and execute strategic plan to achieve sales targets and expand our customer/Dealer base.
  • Tracking sales goals and reporting results.
  • Maintains sales volume by tracking changing trends, competitors and supply and demand.
  • Implements national sales programs by developing field sales action plans.
  • Completes national sales operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees and following up on work results.
  • Develop dealer network; Manage and maintain good relations with dealers.
  • Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
  • Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.
  • Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops.
  • Promoting the company and products.

Required Skills/Abilities:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
  • Minimum of10 years of sales working experience; Successful previous experience as a sales manager or sales/marketing director, consistently meeting or exceeding targets
  • Be an automotive enthusiast, working experience in the automotive industry is required, knows about hot rods/muscle cars/classic cars well, strong understanding of automotive performance aftermarket products, especially electronic fuel injection systems, ignition products and etc.
  • Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
  • Proven ability to position products against competitors
  • Demonstrable experience as head of sales, developing client-focused, differentiated and achievable solutions
  • Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong interpersonal skills and dedication to customer satisfaction
  • Excellent sales, customer service, exceptional leadership, multi-tasking and problem-solving skills
