Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced, highly motivated, results-driven, high-performing Sales Representative to help us meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Establishes sales objectives by forecasting and developing monthly sales quotas and projecting expected sales volumes for existing and new products.
- Develop and execute strategic plan to achieve sales targets and expand our customer/Dealer base.
- Tracking sales goals and reporting results.
- Maintains sales volume by tracking changing trends, competitors and supply and demand.
- Implements national sales programs by developing field sales action plans.
- Completes national sales operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees and following up on work results.
- Develop dealer network; Manage and maintain good relations with dealers.
- Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
- Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.
- Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops.
- Promoting the company and products.
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
- Minimum of10 years of sales working experience; Successful previous experience as a sales manager or sales/marketing director, consistently meeting or exceeding targets
- Be an automotive enthusiast, working experience in the automotive industry is required, knows about hot rods/muscle cars/classic cars well, strong understanding of automotive performance aftermarket products, especially electronic fuel injection systems, ignition products and etc.
- Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
- Proven ability to position products against competitors
- Demonstrable experience as head of sales, developing client-focused, differentiated and achievable solutions
- Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong interpersonal skills and dedication to customer satisfaction
- Excellent sales, customer service, exceptional leadership, multi-tasking and problem-solving skills
